Senior Manager, Customer Project Management – Radiology Informatics (PACS)

Senior Manager, Customer Project Management – Radiology Informatics (PACS) oversees the successful delivery of Radiology Informatics projects, managing a team and engaging with customers and internal teams.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $117,000 to $208,000 (varies by location)

Responsibilities

• Manage a business cohort with accountability for multiple Radiology Informatics (PACS) implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Provide oversight throughout project lifecycle, including scope validation, risk management, go-live readiness, and execution.
• Serve as primary escalation point, communicating with customer executives and internal leaders.
• Evolve frameworks for standard work, assessment mechanisms, and process improvements.
• Establish best practices for project types and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes.
• Exercise people leadership for project managers, providing coaching and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience with enterprise software implementations and upgrades, including Radiology informatics - PACS.
• Prior people leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
• Skills in program and project management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
• Experience managing complex customer interactions and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for continuous process improvement and team growth.
• Highly reliable problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 8+ years of healthcare IT experience; PMP, CSM, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
