Senior Manager, Customer Project Management – Radiology Informatics (PACS) oversees the successful delivery of Radiology Informatics projects, managing a team and engaging with customers and internal teams.

Salary: $117,000 to $208,000 (varies by location)
Responsibilities
- Manage a business cohort with accountability for multiple Radiology Informatics (PACS) implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Provide oversight throughout project lifecycle, including scope validation, risk management, go-live readiness, and execution.
- Serve as primary escalation point, communicating with customer executives and internal leaders.
- Evolve frameworks for standard work, assessment mechanisms, and process improvements.
- Establish best practices for project types and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize outcomes.
- Exercise people leadership for project managers, providing coaching and development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare IT experience with enterprise software implementations and upgrades, including Radiology informatics - PACS.
- Prior people leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
- Skills in program and project management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
- Experience managing complex customer interactions and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Passion for continuous process improvement and team growth.
- Highly reliable problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 8+ years of healthcare IT experience; PMP, CSM, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
