Senior HR Generalist - US Recruitment & Onboarding Focus

A fully remote Senior HR Generalist role supporting a growing team with a focus on US recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, ideal for candidates with experience in restaurant or retail environments.

Location: Remote

Salary: $1,300 - $1,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation.
• Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Support general HR tasks, including employee relations, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Utilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in both Spanish & English is highly preferred.
• A Windows-based computer is required for this role.
