Senior Google Ads Media Buyer for an Agency (US-based/Remote)

Join a leading Google Ads agency managing nine figures in ad spend across ecommerce brands. The role is for a senior Google Ads specialist with expertise in search and shopping, responsible for end-to-end account management and optimization.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads accounts end to end, with search and shopping as the priority
- Build and manage profitable search structure and the brand versus non brand split
- Research and structure top of funnel keywords that open new demand at the category, problem, and mechanism level
- Own the feed as part of the account: build and optimize attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Sheets
- Run continuous title and image testing at the feed level and turn the winners into scale
- Grow into YouTube and Demand Gen, scaling them deliberately as you go
- Scale winners and cut waste quickly against real spend
- Live in Triple Whale and Northbeam and let profit lead every decision
- Partner with the creative team so the right angles and formats get tested against the right traffic
- Keep clients informed with clear, honest reporting on what is working and why
Requirements
- Proven experience buying Google Ads for ecommerce at real scale, with a core in search and shopping and results you can point to in hard numbers
- Elite on search: account architecture, the brand versus non brand split, and top of funnel keyword research at the category, problem, and mechanism level
- Elite on shopping and feeds: hands on in DataFeedWatch, Channable, or Google Sheets, with real command of attributes, custom labels, and supplemental feeds
- Runs structured title and image testing at the feed level as a habit, and reads the results honestly
- Full stack across Google, comfortable owning whole accounts. YouTube and Demand Gen experience is a plus, but we will teach it if your search and shopping are strong.
- Deep in the data: Triple Whale, Northbeam, and the Google Ads interface, always optimizing to profit
- A genuine understanding of the whole Google Ads ecosystem, not just the buttons in one campaign type
- Ecommerce or DTC experience
