Senior Data Analyst – Experimentation & Causal Inference

This is a remote position for a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and business analytics. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to analyze requests, design experiments, build dashboards, and translate data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and product stakeholders on analytics requests
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests
• Apply causal inference methods to explain business outcomes
• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Present technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Provide actionable insights that influence product, marketing, and business decisions

Requirements

• Advanced SQL
• Strong Python
• Hands-on Tableau
• Solid knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and causal inference
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
