Senior Consultant SAP Real Estate (M/W/D)

Senior Consultant in the real estate and SAP systems sector, responsible for managing client-specific requirements, project leadership, and process optimization within a consulting firm focused on the real estate industry.

Location: Austria, Germany, Switzerland

Salary: €75,000 – €90,000

Responsibilities

• Finds and manages client-specific requirements as a Senior Consultant, including taking on subproject and project leadership tasks and independently leading projects.
• Provides expert support to clients as part of a team.
• Identifies and assesses optimization approaches in business processes and their IT implementation with clients.
• Supports acquisition activities and develops technical specifications for company product development.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in economics or engineering, ideally related to real estate, or comparable qualification.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate environment.
• Funded SAP experience in modeling real estate processes, with experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance.
• Led multiple relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector independently.
• Ability to independently understand, analyze, and develop solutions for client-specific requirements.
• Able to confidently represent technical topics to clients, prepare decisions, and structure and advance tasks independently.
• Precise, responsible work with high quality standards.
• Team- and service-oriented, professional in client interactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, good English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
