Senior Consultant

As a Senior HR Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions for organizational challenges, deliver programs in Talent Selection, Development, and Training, facilitate organizational transformations, and serve as a trusted leader.

Location: Remote office

• Deliver programs and services in Talent Selection, Development, and Training.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or outstanding Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Leadership and Transformation Consulting and/or Facilitation.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Desirable: native-level German; additional languages are a plus.
• Intercultural mindset and drive for personal and professional growth.
• Willingness to travel, including abroad.
