Senior Analyst Project Support

The Senior Analyst will work with a technology leader in the market research industry specializing in online and digital research methodologies. They will provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring continuity of service outside regional business hours.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones.
• Respond to client and internal requests, troubleshoot project-related issues.
• Monitor project health and coordinate with regional teams for timely resolution of urgent requests.
• Maintain a seamless client experience through prompt communication and support during regional handoffs.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple online market research projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn.
• Accountability and proactive feedback skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English, additional languages beneficial.
• High-speed internet connection.
