Senior AI Engineer Architect

Location: Remote (US and Europe)

Salary: $80,000 – $190,000

Responsibilities

• Work on AI-related projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborate with clients and team members remotely.
• Create projects from scratch and understand application architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical solutions (for AI Engineer).
• Solid understanding of Python; experience with other AI programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with Vector Databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
• 2+ years of experience with LangChain.
• 2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) or vLLMs.
• 2+ years of experience with RAG or OpenAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Python (for AI Agent Architect).
• Experience with Multi-agent systems architecture, AI agent orchestration, AI telemetry.
• 1+ year of experience with Workflow Automation and Webhooks (for AI Automation Architect).
• 3+ years with SQL.
• Familiarity with AI API integration and Claude Cowork.
• Knowledge of Make.com/n8n/Zapier.
• Strong technical skills, ability to create projects from scratch, and deep understanding of application architecture.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Self-organizational skills and reliability.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
