Responsibilities

• Managing financial operations related to accounts receivable and collections.
• Collaborating with various teams to develop and improve collections processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on AR and collections operations experience.
• Proven track record of managing third-party vendors or agencies against SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience with billing platforms, PSPs, and ERPs, including Chargebee, Adyen, and NetSuite.
• Ability to independently build and maintain operational reports using SQL and a BI tool.
