Senior Account Manager DACH (M/W/D)

Location: Remote (EU)

Responsibilities

• Driving value for the company by successfully delivering on revenue targets
• Strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
• Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure they get the most value out of the solutions
• Listening to customers and communicating their feedback to improve products and services
• Executing sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing and business development

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales
• German language skills on a native / C2 level, fluent English skills
• Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
• Experience with cross- and up-selling
