Location: Remote (EU)
Responsibilities
- Driving value for the company by successfully delivering on revenue targets
- Strategically developing existing customers by establishing long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling
- Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure they get the most value out of the solutions
- Listening to customers and communicating their feedback to improve products and services
- Executing sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing and business development
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- German language skills on a native / C2 level, fluent English skills
- Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers
- Experience with cross- and up-selling
