Security Incident Response Specialist

SupportYourApp is an international company providing business process outsourcing services, including technical and customer support, supporting clients in 60 languages worldwide.

Location: Ukraine

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: investigation and coordination in response to security or workflow breaches; direct contact with clients and stakeholders during Data Breaches; root cause analysis and reporting; analyzing operational workflows for security threats.
• Supplier Assessment: evaluating the security of software, platforms, and third-party services.
• Hiring Compliance: assessing new hiring locations for data protection standards and security tools.
• Documentation: developing incident management procedures and maintaining the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in investigating and handling information security incidents (from 1 year)
• Analytical mindset and ability to make fast decisions
• Strong self-organization skills and prioritization abilities
• Understanding of data privacy principles and breach notification requirements
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher
