Responsibilities

• Guide searchers through thesis development, industry and company targeting, deal sourcing, and due diligence.
• Support investment analysis and funding strategy.
• Assist in investor selection, board, and investor management.
• Build process roadmaps and operational strategies for post-acquisition success.
• Help searchers apply AI fundamentals, AI agents, AI automation, and AI outreach to modern search and deal processes.

Requirements

• Experience running a search fund or completing an acquisition.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• Structured approach to breaking down complex strategic and financial concepts.
