KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to drive organizational readiness, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW programs.
- Create change management roadmaps aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the organization.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Create key project communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates.
- Design and oversee end-user training strategies and learning programs.
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support super-user and change champion networks.
- Measure organizational readiness and monitor adoption progress.
- Develop adoption metrics, success measures, and benefit realization tracking.
- Support business process transitions aligned with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.
- Drive user engagement activities before, during, and after go-live.
- Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Work closely with project managers, business process leads, solution architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and transformation planning sessions.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare activities.
- Promote SAP Cloud adoption and Clean Core transformation principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related.
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Stakeholder Management, Communications Strategy, Training & Learning Programs, Business Transformation, User Adoption & Readiness.
