Responsibilities
- Identify and uncover new business opportunities across targeted verticals.
- Take ownership of outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media.
- Develop understanding of Payter’s payment solutions to communicate value propositions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective customers' challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to progress deals.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM.
- Support and amplify marketing campaigns with outbound activity.
- Represent Payter professionally and uphold its reputation.
Requirements
- Interest in sales and new business development (experience is a bonus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistence, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.
- Motivation to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
