Sales Manager

Osmind is a public benefit corporation advancing psychiatry through technology, services, and real-world evidence to bring innovative mental health treatments to patients in need. Their software and services are used by leading psychiatry practices across the U.S., helping improve patient outcomes and practice success. The company has a network of over 1000 clinics, is Series B-stage, and has raised funding from top investors.

Location: United States

Salary: $160k–$180k

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets and contribute to a book of business in the first 6-12 months.
• Build and run sales coaching infrastructure, including pipeline and demo reviews, deal strategy sessions, close methodology, CRM discipline, and playbooks.
• Provide mentorship to the sales team to help them beat goals.
• Partner with VP of Growth on quota-setting, forecasting, and sales motion evolution.
• Ensure inbound volume is followed up with proper urgency and sequencing.
• Represent sales in cross-functional conversations, surfacing product gaps, ICP refinement, and pricing feedback.
• Represent Osmind at industry conferences and events.
• Leverage AI tools to increase selling and coaching effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of inside sales experience in healthcare SaaS or services, with experience selling into independent medical practices or similar buyers.
• 1+ year of management experience with strong reviews from managed sales team.
• Player-coach experience or readiness to build and lead a team.
• Ability to improve team-wide close rate through structured coaching and accountability.
• Low ego, high accountability attitude.
• Experience with SMB and midmarket sales motions.
• Data-driven mindset, obsessing over pipeline conversion, velocity, and ARR metrics.
• Startup experience at Series A through C companies, capable of working autonomously in ambiguous environments.
