Mortgage Loan Specialist

Responsible for managing the construction to permanent servicing portfolio, acting as the single point of contact during the pre-close period, and assisting with timeline and process exception requests.

Location: United States

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance of the servicing construction lending portfolio.
• Report progress and impediments to the pipeline, focusing on at-risk and off-track builders and clients.
• Assist with exception requests involving credit risk, loan officers, builders, etc.
• Identify and communicate adverse issues, trends, or inefficiencies to management and other lines of business, along with proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, managing expectations and accountability.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• One to two years of mortgage, banking, banking operations, or comparable education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
