Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification
- Proven success in telesales or revenue driven contact center environments, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions
- Customer-centric mindset, skilled at identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
