Contact center agent for Claro Peru, responsible for contacting clients to promote Claro Hogar services, offering promotions and benefits in internet, cable, and fixed telephony to increase activations and acquire new customers. Fully remote position with fixed schedule and various bonuses.

Location: Remote

Salary: S/1130 base salary plus unlimited commissions, bonuses, and incentives

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to promote Claro Hogar services, including internet, cable, and fixed telephony.
• Offer promotions and benefits to clients.
• Increase activations and acquire new customers for the campaign.

Requirements

• Own laptop/PC with cable for remote work.

Benefits

• Base salary of S/1130.
• Unlimited commissions.
• Welcome bonus of S/70 (September).
• Permanence bonus of S/300.
• Perfect attendance bonus of S/200.
• Coverage payment of S/160 (S/20 per training day).
• 8 days of virtual training.

Additional Information

• Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
• Rest days on Sundays and holidays.
• Training starts Saturday 18/07 via Google Meet.
• Position is 100% remote.
