Remote High School Math Tutor

Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, provides K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology, focusing on fostering critical thinking and logic skills in students.

Location: Remote

Salary: $20–25/hr

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for high school students across North America, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and SAT Math topics, aligned with CCSS.
• Prepare and customize lesson content based on individual student needs.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields preferred.
• Prior Math teaching experience in middle or high school highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curriculum.
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
