Remote Customer Support Agent with Dutch and English (Sofia, Bulgaria, BG)

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve consumer queries by phone, chat or email.
• Taking control of situations and making decisions to resolve customer contacts.
• Providing customers with advice and information regarding products and services.
• Carrying out customer inquiries in a timely and correct manner by predefined rules.
• Understanding customer needs to deliver the best solution in line with KPIs.
• Navigating multiple systems to update e-records promptly and accurately.
• Proactively support and assist colleagues and work as a team.

Requirements

• Very good command of spoken Dutch (C1).
• Good command of English (at least B2).
• Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process, and technology.
• Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping.
• Good computer literacy.
