Remote Cloud Bookkeeper

System Six is a fully remote organization specializing in cloud-accounting services, seeking a Cloud Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for multiple clients. The role emphasizes a positive work environment, flexibility, and growth opportunities.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $50,000–$60,000/yr plus quarterly bonus of $500–$1,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations for clients including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations.

Requirements

• Accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment.
• College degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud accounting technologies, including 2+ years in QBO, BILL, Gusto or similar software.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Humility and openness to coaching.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Persistence and polite reminder skills.
