Remote Certified Pharmacy Technicians (Talent Pool)

TalentWorldGroup is building a diverse, remote contact center focused on healthcare support, seeking qualified Pharmacy Technicians for future remote project opportunities.

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI)

Salary: $20–$22 per hour, depending on project requirements

Responsibilities

• Managing pharmacy orders
• Assisting customers
• Resolving inquiries
• Supporting prescription-related processes
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, or Indiana
• Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification
• Reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin
• 2–4 years of customer service, supply chain, pharmacy support, or call center experience within the United States
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

• Candidates may participate in paid training programs, approximately 5 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of nesting, scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
