Regional Vice President, Oncology (West)

They are seeking a Regional Vice President, Oncology, to lead account management teams and foster growth in community healthcare settings.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $231,500 - $385,900 (Total Target Cash)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of oncology account managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Participate in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
