Atkore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Florida Region to drive revenue and market share growth across all products through strategic initiatives.

Salary: $104,080 – $143,110
Responsibilities
- Drive continued growth for our product portfolio of municipal and plumbing products
- Educate, train & develop our Sales Agents and end users on products
- Enter, track, manage, and report on projects, opportunities, and territory sales plans
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed
- Manage performance of Sales Agents and make changes as warranted
- Conduct sales objective reviews by product for all agencies and each direct salesperson
- Assist in the evaluation and processing of field quality complaints and returns
- Manage travel & entertainment expenses in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete other projects, initiatives, duties, and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or industry
