Responsibilities

• Edit short-form reels and podcast clips from raw creator content and interviews, identifying scroll-stopping moments that resonate with target audiences
• Analyze trends in creator niches and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each model’s brand and personality
• Ensure platform compliance (proper framing, audio, age-appropriate content)
• Collaborate with creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact

Requirements

• 1–2 years editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok with portfolio of approved, published reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality
• Fluent in Spanish and English (can interpret creator content, understand briefs, and communicate effectively in both languages)
• Expert-level proficiency in CapCut — experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
• Can identify viral moments and execute polished edits (test: create 1 podcast clip from raw interview in 20 minutes—edited with captions, filters, pacing)
• Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision (test: given raw content with no reference, create an original reel in 10 minutes that showcases personal style and connects emotionally with viewers)
