PV Project Director

This role involves managing and supporting a team of Project Managers in pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely delivery of contracted PV activities for PrimeVigilance clients.
Location: Remote (Global)
Responsibilities
- Management and support of a team of Project Managers.
- Ensuring contracted activities are delivered within budget, on time, with good quality, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting project teams as PV expert.
- Providing support to Business Unit Leads, Head of Global PM department, and senior leadership.
- Overseeing management of project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintaining client relations and ensuring high-quality work.
- Involvement in issue escalation, client PV requirements, project setup, deliverables, communication, training, and quality assurance.
- Ensuring compliance with PV regulations and managing Quality Events and CAPA.
- Participating in client audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification.
- 5 years of appropriate work experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Management skills, including time and issue management.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Decision making.
- Team working.
- Ability to motivate/coach people; leadership.
- Fluent in English (spoken, written).
- Advanced literacy in MS Office.
