Proposals Manager - Pharmacovigilance

The role involves leading proposal development, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and team development within a Clinical Research Organization, with a focus on pharmacovigilance and safety services.

Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina

Responsibilities

• Support and lead proposal development and strategy
• Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and management
• QC and review stakeholder feedback
• Ensure high-quality proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business
• Participate in department meetings and training sessions
• Support contract negotiations and execution for key accounts
• Develop standardized procedures and streamline proposal processes
• Organize lessons learned and education programs for junior staff
• Support process improvement initiatives for proposal accuracy and effectiveness
• Involve senior management in QC and strategy communication
• Participate in departmental process improvements and special projects

Requirements

• Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
• Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or PV providers is a plus
