Proposals Manager - Pharmacovigilance

The role involves leading proposal development, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and team development within a Clinical Research Organization, with a focus on pharmacovigilance and safety services.
Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina
Responsibilities
- Support and lead proposal development and strategy
- Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and management
- QC and review stakeholder feedback
- Ensure high-quality proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business
- Participate in department meetings and training sessions
- Support contract negotiations and execution for key accounts
- Develop standardized procedures and streamline proposal processes
- Organize lessons learned and education programs for junior staff
- Support process improvement initiatives for proposal accuracy and effectiveness
- Involve senior management in QC and strategy communication
- Participate in departmental process improvements and special projects
Requirements
- Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
- Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or PV providers is a plus
