Location: Remote (US)
Salary: Up to $57,000 OTE ($45,000 base + $12,000 bonus)
Responsibilities
- Utilize outbound sales skills through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messages, and more.
- Generate interest and meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for SpendHound.
- Develop skills with sales technology tools like Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
- Work closely with sales team members to develop sales skills.
- Help refine sales messaging.
Requirements
- 1+ years of high-velocity sales experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English in a business environment.
- Experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects, with a focus on cold-calling.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive.
- Grit and ability to handle rejection.
- Resourceful and always looking for new ways to open doors.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Positive outlook.
