Professional Consultant For MS Dynamics 365

The role involves analyzing and translating business, process, and system requirements for manufacturing clients, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC). The candidate will support implementation, testing, training, and presales activities, primarily in industrial scenarios.

Location: Remote (Germany)

Salary: €4,000+ per month

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business, process, and system requirements of manufacturing clients and translate them into practical solutions.
• Develop technical and functional specifications, especially for production, logistics, procurement, and planning processes.
• Support the implementation of requirements with the internal project team.
• Actively participate in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC) at the customer site.
• Plan and execute software tests and quality assurance measures.
• Design and conduct user training and workshops, and moderate requirements between departments and IT.
• Support sales in the proposal and presales phase as expertise grows.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in ERP solution and process consulting, ideally with a focus on manufacturing companies.
• Completed higher technical or business education (e.g., HTL, FH, university).
• Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC) and its industrial application.
• Deep experience in production, manufacturing, materials management, planning, or logistics processes.
• Strong service and customer orientation, with a structured working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a confident, professional demeanor.
• German language skills at C2 level (spoken and written) and very good English skills.

Additional Information

• The gross monthly salary for this position is at least €4,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a higher salary is negotiable.
