Responsibilities

• Guide athletes through athletic training, sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and nutrition and diet.
• Build performance coaching and mental toughness ahead of tryout preparation.
• Support the business side of an athletic career, including personal branding, media training, endorsement and sponsorship strategy, contract negotiation, and networking strategy.
• Guide athletes on career transition and freelancing for those planning beyond competition.

Requirements

• Professional or elite athletic experience.
• Prior mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping athletes build physical performance and career skills.
