Product Manager

Ripjar is a company that develops AI-native software and data fusion products to combat financial crime, used by governments, banks, and enterprises worldwide. They focus on automating detection, investigation, and monitoring of serious financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorist financing.

Location: Remote (UK)

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape product features from concept to launch, collaborating with UX designers, engineers, and QA specialists.
• Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand user needs and domain challenges.
• Act as an Agile product owner by writing user stories, collaborating in team ceremonies, and helping the team deliver.
• Contribute ideas to product development, marketing strategies, and pricing approaches.

Requirements

• Some product management experience, such as an Associate PM, Product Analyst, or similar role in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Genuine interest in AI technology and its applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
