Product Manager

Clearer.io is reimagining eCommerce by enhancing search, discovery, and customer engagement through innovative apps. They aim to empower partners with tools that streamline operations, build trust, and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for REVIEWS.io, ensuring the product contributes to merchant value and business growth.
• Build strong relationships with merchants to uncover needs and translate them into product opportunities.
• Run continuous discovery and experimentation to validate hypotheses before engineering resources are committed.
• Prototype solutions directly using AI tools and ship them to sandbox environments for testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to align product direction with merchant needs.
• Help define how product management works at Clearer in the AI era, including tools, processes, and team structure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success in B2B SaaS, ideally in ecommerce enablement or growth tools, with understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong product vision and analytical skills, with ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes like revenue growth, retention, and upsell.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products across different growth stages and business models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with subscription revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth.
• Passion for customer experience and data-driven product development.

Additional Information

• Comfort with modern AI builder tools like Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, and habit of using them to prototype ideas.
• Preference for showing working sandboxes over shipping slides.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents as part of work, with good instincts on delegation and verification.
• Strong product taste to discern quality of AI outputs.
• High agency and bias to ship, operating well without heavy processes, and preferring small, accountable teams.
