Salary: $146,000–$195,000/yr

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap development for an agentic airspace design software solution.
Translate current workflows into a future-state product vision, identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Define and prioritize product requirements for workflow capabilities such as data intake, terrain analysis, documentation, and lifecycle support.
Partner with experts, engineers, and stakeholders to develop prototypes, refine product direction, and demonstrate value.
Own product backlog, feature sequencing, and tradeoff decisions across technical, regulatory, operational, and commercial considerations.
Build the product business case and support development of reusable workflows and scalable software building blocks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of software product management or related experience in the aviation industry.
Proven track record in aviation industry with at least 5 years of experience.
Experience leading software products or technical workflows across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work cross-functionally in regulated, safety-critical environments.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.
