Product Analyst Digital Health

Location: Denver, United States

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus variable compensation

Responsibilities

• Support product operations and enhancement by optimizing processes, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.
• Provide product support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and assist with product launches and onboarding.
• Manage projects and milestones, organizing and tracking progress using project management tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote alignment, build relationships, and incorporate feedback.
• Define and document product requirements, maintain comprehensive documentation, and update as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects with stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in healthcare.
• Adept at creating process and product documentation and supporting analytics product development.
• Knowledge of EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows, and familiarity with clinical data exchange standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7, FHIR).
• Bias for action, quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong EQ for collaboration, data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Basic to intermediate SQL and relational database knowledge.
