Procurement Analyst

Location: Remote (EMEA or LATAM prioritized)

Salary: $37,450—$42,100 USD per year

Responsibilities

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor and if necessary, terminate vendor relationships.
• Advising internal stakeholders on vendor management requirements and communicating potential risks.
• Proactively identifying, monitoring, escalating and remediating issues in the procurement process.
• Understanding and adhering to Remote’s standards, policies and controls for vendor management.
• Work closely with globally distributed personnel to ensure all purchases and renewals are done in a compliant and negotiated manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.
• Solid experience managing vendor relationships.
• Experience in Coupa Intake & Orchestration is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contracting skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
