Principal, Tax

Prosci is seeking a Principal, Tax to lead global tax strategy, transfer pricing, and technical tax governance, supporting the company's international growth and compliance efforts.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $155,000 - $195,000 USD annually

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax strategy, policy development, and technical governance across all jurisdictions.
• Own the global transfer pricing framework, including policy design, documentation, and defense.
• Review significant tax filings and positions across key jurisdictions.
• Drive global tax planning initiatives, including IP structuring, interest deductibility, R&D incentives, treaty utilization, and optimization.
• Lead all tax authority interactions and audit defense globally.
• Monitor global tax and regulatory developments and advise leadership.
• Manage external tax vendor and advisor relationships.
• Identify, assess, and document uncertain tax positions, maintain the UTP register, and ensure proper ASC 740 treatment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• 10–14 years of international tax experience, including leadership roles.

• Salary range: $155,000 - $195,000 USD.
