SD Worx, a leading European provider of payroll and HR services with a global reach, is seeking a Payroll Advisor. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll, and supporting clients with payroll-related questions.

Responsibilities
- Self-managed and responsible preparation of payroll, including special cases such as mini-jobs, students, temporary workers, interns, short-term employees.
- Maintenance of master and transaction data.
- Time tracking and certificate management.
- Creation of statistics and evaluations.
- Clarification of income tax and social security questions.
- Acting as contact person for assigned clients and various authorities, health insurance companies, or social security agencies.
- Carrying out the year-end process and answering related questions.
Requirements
- Practical experience in payroll processing.
- Practical experience with a common payroll system.
- Knowledge of income tax and social security law.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Independent, conscientious, and well-structured working style.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
- Good English skills in spoken and written are desirable.
