Paralegal With Talent For Customer Service (LegalTech)

A LegalTech company is seeking a Paralegal with a passion for customer service to support legal drafting, customer success, technical setup, and report drafting in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location: Remote

Salary: $10,000 – $100,000

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents to meet customer requirements.
• Handling customer requests related to services and account management.
• Supporting customers in technical setup and connections between source code management platforms.
• Guiding leads and answering questions via email and website chat.
• Drafting reports based on customer-provided information.

Requirements

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
• Prior experience in customer success or similar roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Experience working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
• Analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
