Palantir Data Consultant

Kainos is seeking a Palantir Data Consultant responsible for understanding business needs and designing data solutions that meet those needs, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and delivering customer-facing solutions in Palantir Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team understands business needs for customer data solutions.
• Articulate problems and processes for stakeholders.
• Facilitate analysis and design of data solutions.
• Plan and run workshops with stakeholders.
• Manage scope to deliver MVP and value.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering customer solutions in Palantir Foundry.
• Designing and building user interfaces, workflows, and automations in Palantir Foundry.
• Experience in business analysis in data-intensive environments.
• Understanding of data requirements supporting business needs.
• Knowledge of Data & AI landscape and industry trends.
• Facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops.
• Business process and data modeling skills.
• User story creation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Scope management from inception to delivery.
• Requirement elicitation and translation into user stories.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work within project constraints.
• Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in client/supplier relationships.
• Contributing to sales activities.
