Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Oversee planning, build, launch, testing, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
- Lead account management and client relationships.
- Assist with briefing, review, and approval of marketing materials.
- Measure campaign success and track performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct self-audits and implement quality control processes.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Develop experimentation roadmaps and analyze results.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Monitor email and Slack communications.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Refined communication skills — clear, confident and client-facing.
- Strategic thinker with creative instincts and strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in fast-paced agency environments.
- Ability to turn data into insights, and insights into action.
- Warmth, emotional intelligence, and a human-first approach.
- Calm under pressure and proactive when things change fast.
- Highly organised, structured and reliable.
