• Maintain and manage task lists using the Motion app.
• Communicate with clients via text/VOIP phone app and booking links.
• Draft and send client messages on behalf of the business owner.
• Coordinate logistics with movers, junk removal services, dumpsters, donation centers, and contractors—confirming availability, pricing, and arrival windows.
• Prepare the field team with necessary supplies, access instructions, and job details ahead of scheduled work.
• Monitor and manage email correspondence and scheduling.
• Resolve routine client questions and escalate to Beth only when necessary.
