Onboarding Specialist

Nordhealth is seeking a driven team-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join their UK Team and help scale their veterinary operations. The successful candidate will take care of the onboarding process of new customers from start to finish, training and consulting with veterinary customers on the optimal use of their software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online and onsite training to veterinary professionals
• Manage onboarding projects from start to finish and customize the software to the veterinary customer's needs
• Work closely with different members of clinics to advise on best practice Provet workflows
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from universities to corporate accounts to build customized training and go-live strategies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and train a wide range of customers with different abilities
