Infinitum is a pre-IPO company specializing in innovative climate tech solutions, with a focus on scaling their go-to-market team. They are seeking a passionate OEM Sales Manager to drive success within OEM accounts and expand their market presence.

Location: Austin, TX, with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design wins by developing and executing strategic sales plans to secure Infinitum motors in OEM HVAC product lines.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, product management, and procurement teams.
  • Apply strategic selling methodologies to navigate complex buying processes, uncover technical and commercial requirements, and position Infinitum as a preferred technology partner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions with OEM engineering teams.
  • Develop multi-year account plans aligned with OEM product roadmaps.
  • Maintain relationships with Sales Reps and help them understand the value of 'Infinitum Inside' solutions.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and OEM market trends.
  • Represent Infinitum at industry events and forums.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of OEM or Regional Sales Management experience in HVAC or related industry.
  • Proven ability to work across a complex eco-system and drive brand success.
  • Experience with rapid revenue growth with new products or businesses in agile environments.
  • Strong selling skills with technically complex, high-value products.
