Non Executive Director

The Ambulance Provident Fund (APF) is seeking an independent, volunteer Non-Executive Director to join its Board and contribute to the next chapter of the Fund's growth and sustainability.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight, governance and stewardship of the Fund.
• Ensure APF remains financially sustainable, well-governed and responsive to the needs of current and future members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in financial management, investment oversight or treasury management.
• Experience in actuarial, insurance, superannuation or mutual fund sectors.
• Experience in strategic growth, business development or member-based organisations.
• Board experience.

Additional Information
