The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing strategic national accounts in the Foodservice trade channel, focusing on building customer relationships and expanding business across various foodservice segments.

Location: Remote (Midwest preferred)

Salary: $150,000.00 annually plus commission

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of national foodservice accounts, emphasizing strategic chains, emerging growth customers, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific annual and multi-year business plans to meet revenue, volume, margin, distribution, innovation, and profitability goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance new account opportunities by building a strong sales pipeline, leveraging customer insights, market trends, menu needs, and the company's fully cooked protein capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in national accounts, especially in foodservice or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building, expanding, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial discipline, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans and execute them effectively.
