MSK Physiotherapist Virtual

Remote Virtual Physiotherapist role for HCPC-registered Physiotherapists with at least 3 years postgraduate experience, working within the UK healthcare system, providing MSK physiotherapy services via digital platforms.

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £33,000–£37,000 per year (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Undertake telephone and app-based physiotherapy assessments and manage clinical caseloads.
• Deliver and advise on appropriate treatment in line with evidence-based medicine.
• Analyze information and clinical reasoning to ensure correct patient care and recommendations.
• Make appropriate management recommendations, including referrals and investigations.
• Maintain and work towards KPIs specific to the role.
• Act as a clinical point of contact for non-clinical personnel seeking advice.
• Engage in clinical audit duties as directed.
• Maintain professional development and stay current with clinical evidence.
• Deal with queries professionally and prioritize work tasks.
• Contribute to business strategy and clinical initiatives.

Requirements

• Formal Clinical Qualification in Physiotherapy (E)
• Member of HCPC (E)
• Evidence of CPD (E)
• At least 3 years postgraduate clinical experience (E)
• Experience with clinical audit and telehealth (E)
• Experience with online reporting and statistics (D)
• Experience with telephonic/video triage (D)
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and produce reports.
• Understanding of clinical governance.
