Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on spiritual leadership, public speaking, counseling & support, conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, community outreach, and administration.
• Help clients navigate their career paths with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.

Requirements

• Hands-on ministry or faith leadership experience.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• Structured approach to helping clients grow their expertise and calling.
