Microsoft Security Commercial Lead Europe

The role is a Business Development leadership position focused on Microsoft Security within TD SYNNEX, aimed at driving growth and strategic engagement in Europe.

Location: Europe

Responsibilities

  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy.
  • Drive sales of Microsoft portfolio including new Security initiatives.
  • Stakeholder engagement and resource utilization to meet customer objectives.
  • Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
  • Vendor management and creation of customer value propositions.
  • Enable and support sales teams to increase market share.
  • Maintain relationships with Microsoft and other stakeholders to position TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools for business continuity.
  • Develop tailored customer value propositions based on business requirements.
  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned Microsoft product/service line.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Experience in services and solution selling.
  • Strategic planning and business case development skills.
  • Experience working within a matrix structure.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in internal & external environments.
  • Business planning experience (1-3 years) with operational cadence.
  • Optional: ADKAR Change Management capabilities.
