Inside Sales Representative

Seeking an experienced AV Services Inside Sales Representative to drive new business, expand service contracts, and build client relationships in a remote setting. The role involves consultative sales of AV technologies, service agreements, and customer success.

Location: Remote

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities for AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, and managed services; conduct outbound prospecting; qualify inbound and outbound leads; develop and maintain a pipeline of recurring services revenue opportunities; meet or exceed sales goals.
• Customer Engagement: Present AV service offerings and value propositions; demonstrate how service programs improve system reliability, performance, and user experience; utilize customer success stories; guide customers through the buying process using a consultative sales approach.
• Sales Operations and Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams; prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements; maintain CRM records; support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience.
• Proven experience selling AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, managed services, or technology support solutions.
• Strong understanding of AV technologies, collaboration systems, unified communications, and related environments.
• Experience engaging IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and other technical decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
