Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from Members and Care Coordinators.
- Ensuring members are navigated successfully through their healthcare and social determinant needs.
- Demonstrating high skill levels in member service, data entry, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Learning all care plans and building a strong knowledge base for customer care.
- Resolving member concerns related to membership benefits, member portal support, and general inquiries.
- Managing and resolving web support tickets and live chats.
- Assisting with member education and access to services.
- Serving as a liaison between members and other departments.
- Exhibiting behavior and communication skills aligned with Revive Health’s commitment to superior member service.
- Using, protecting, and disclosing members' PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Performing outbound calls to members as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of call center experience.
- Previous experience working with health insurance or in a healthcare environment.
- Computer literate with strong data entry skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Impeccable telephone skills and etiquette.
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and task-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to propose new, better solutions.
